Release of Version 2.0.0

This version has made slight changes to the Sustain Opening bids (to have them all at the 2-level). Sustain Responses have not been effected in practice, but the deep desire to have the exact bidding has been abandoned. It is hoped that this simplifies matters and meets with wider approval.

It should be noted that with this slight change, hands played using Sustain bidding rules now almost always make.
